Licensed by the State of Michigan, Charlie
provides a variety of appraisal services to his clients. He has been an appraiser for over
thirty-five (35) years with experience in appraising residential property, 2-4 family
income properties, vacant land, and also provides expert witness testimony. He is a past
residential member of the Appraisal Institute and has taken courses from the University of
Michigan, Jackson Community College as well as Northern Michigan University. |

Pat became licensed in 2003, the same year he joined
Hardwick Appraisal Company. He has appraisal experience
in single family residential, 2 to 4 family residential,
condominiums, vacant land, and commercial properties.
He received his bachelor of Arts degree in Business
Administration from Michigan State University in 1977. |

Kamela S. Webster (Limited
State Licensed Appraiser) |

Kami joined Hardwick Appraisal Company in October 2008 and
currently has a Limited Real Estate Appraiser License.
She has completed appraisal courses from the Appraisal
Institute, from which she is a member. She received a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design and Architecture
from Michigan State University in 1987. |
