Question:
What does
the property inspection entail?
Most Appraisals require us to inspect the entire property, including the interior
and exterior. Most inspections take about 30 to 45 minutes to complete.
|
|
Question:
Will
you be locating any defects in the property?
The purpose of the appraisal inspection is to provide the appraiser with a
general awareness of the quality of construction, condition, and features of the
property. We are not home inspectors and appraisal inspections should not
be relied upon to disclose any property defects present in the appraised
property. A professional licensed home inspector should be employed for
this purpose.
